I'm sure not very many people check this blog anymore but it's turned into my personal recipe organizer ;) I had to add this one so I don't have to call my mom every time I need it!
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup butter
~mix with whisk~
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
6 heaping tsp coco
1 tsp salt
~mix with whisk~bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
I use to use the old recipe box to organize my recipes, but I would often not have them handy when I needed them. Someone would take out a recipe and forget to put it back, or categorize it. I finally found this great software that works so great in Organizing my recipes. Cook'n has made organizing my recipes a breeze. I just enter them into the program and my recipes are always there when I need them. I can do key word searches, make weekly menus, and Cook'n will even create a shopping list for me. It is a great piece of software and has really helped simplify my life and organize my recipes.
